What it controls
Defines whether the instrument cluster shows a dedicated PTO-engaged indication for EG1. On factory PTOs the lamp is part of the specification; after a retrofit the PTO may work perfectly while the driver gets no confirmation in the cluster, which is confusing and a frequent reason for a return visit. Setting the lamp to With makes the coordinator send the PTO status to the ICL so the symbol lights when the feedback signal confirms engagement. The lamp depends on a feedback source: if PTO_EG1_FEEDBACK is Without, the indication follows the request rather than the real engagement. For bodies with their own control panel, the indication can also be routed to the body via the bodywork interface.
